The conditioner did not work, it was not hot, so it did not cause any inconveniences.

No reason to complain, the venue met the purpose, would recommend it. That was great value hotel set in very nice area, just next door to the train station and lots of other attractions and restaurants too. The breakfast was savoury and rich especially bread, eggs and cheese. Its location was central, a short way from The State Opera.

The room had a TV, high ceiling, and soundproof windows, and the bed was very comfy. the breakfasts were fantastic and magnificent, with various cereals, fresh fruit, and baked beans. - the hotel's location is absolutely perfect and wonderful, offering easy access to all major attractions. - the building had an elegant style, and good customer service was provided.

The staff were very unhelpful and downright rude when approached about problems with their wireless internet. The gym was also poor, with several items not working properly.
